A picture of Wale AkintolaHello!
So nice to meet you,
I’m Wale Akintola!

I’m so excited to have you on this page; my goal in creating this website is simple… I like to build relationships with smart-working people of integrity and help them build long lasting residual income even from the comfort of their homes. And with the power of social media, doing that is becoming increasingly simple.

I’d like to ask you a simple question…

Have you ever had the feeling that there was a desire in you for more than just the average mediocre lifestyle? Have you ever wanted to make a real impact in your life and the life of others, but you never had the outlet or the right opportunity to make it happen?

If this describes you, I can relate because that’s how I always felt for a large part of my growing up years.

Let me tell you a little bit about myself…

Let me start from 2001 when I was a young undergraduate. I was in the university on a first class admission, to Obafemi Awolowo University OAU (The most prestigious University in the country :-) )

My plan was simple…

Study hard, graduate with a 1st class or at least a second class upper, look for a solid company to hire me with good remuneration package, work for a certain number of years till I retire.

But, as the saying goes – “Man proposes but God disposes”
As God would have it, my plan was not to be. By 2003 I was out of the university!

Even though I had goodA Wale Akintola quote - You may see me struggle but you will never see me give up grades, after 2 years in school I made a decision to voluntarily drop out of school solely because of health reasons.

It was probably the lowest time in my life. It was a very trying time for me, I was lacking in direction and I didn’t know exactly what to do.

Fast forward to 2005, I managed to get a job with some computers courses I had taken…

Though my boss and co-workers were pleasant to work with, I was dissatisfied with the job. The salary was a joke, the work conditions were not at all what I desired and worst of all I had not time for the things that were most important to me.

I was absolutely convinced that a J.O.B
could never give me the lifestyle
I desired or enable me make the
impact I wanted to make in people’s lives.

I HAD TO LOOK FOR A WAY OUT.

I needed a means of income that could enable me:

  • Have more time with my family
  • Work when and if I choose to work
  • Create residual income… money that keeps coming in long after I had put in the effort
  • Enable me to have the kind of income that I may use to impact other lives

As we all know a J.O.B can never give you any of the benefits listed above.

I quit my job not my dreams - Wale AkintolaSo I decided to ignore my fears and do
what was needful for my financial future…

I quit my job and went into business. #Scary 😯

I PLUNGED IN TO THE SEA OF ENTREPRENEURSHIP AND I NEARLY DROWNED!

At his stage I’m not going to bore you with the details of all the line of businesses I went into, I probably can’t remember them all, but I remember things like going to Isale Eko to buy clothes for resale, selling phones and computer accessories, I even went as low as selling chin-chin to earn some money.

I also started my own web design outfit – Ideal Web Solutions.  That was an exciting leap for me. But after a while I realized I was only trading time for money. Anytime a client called I had to dash off to attend to them, and then another, and then another…… I found myself running all over Lagos with no time freedom which wasn’t any different from my former job. So technically I was still an employee, only I had just employed myself.

I knew entrepreneurship was the right path to my dreams but I just hadn’t found the right business.

At this stage I was becoming increasingly frustrated… I was scared and deeply concerned about what my financial future would look like. I was over 30 years old and still depending on my parents for sustenance.

So even though I was in business for myself I was not better off than when I had a job.

UNTIL I FOUND A BETTER WAY!

I found a better way - Wale AkintolaIn May of 2012, I was walking along minding my own business when a dear sister of mine “interrupted” my life. She handed me a DVD that contained information about a network marketing opportunity. I took the DVD home and watched it.

WOW! I was blown away! This guy kept going on and on about the possibility of making crazy amounts of money, building a global business even with little capital all through network marketing.

I don’t have the words to describe exactly how I felt. It was a feeling of excitement and skepticism at the same time.

For the first time in my life I saw the possibility of making significant income.

This was the business I’ve been looking
for that was going to enable me
achieve my financial dreams!

But along with the excitement also
came a feeling of doubt and fear.

There was this discouraging voice in my mind that kept telling me…

  • “Wait a minute Wale, isn’t this Network marketing…?”
  • “…that business where you have to carry product up and down and beg people to buy?”
  • “What if you fail at it?”
  • “What will your friends and family think”
  • “Has it gotten so bad that you have to resort to network marketing?
  • “Why not just stay in your comfort zone and forget this crazy idea of financial freedom?”

I’m sure you can relate with how I felt…

I had a decision to make:
was I going to follow my passion and
excitement or was I going to give in to my fears?

I chose to follow my excitement, so I did what was necessary.

You see, I have this strong belief that if another person in the world is having the kind of results I wish to have in any field of endeavour, I also can have the same results. Whether the person is black or white, educated or not, as long as I can take the time to learn the right skills – I know I can do it!

Choose your life dont settle for it - Wale Akintola

I saw Network Marketing as the only business that could give me the Leverage & Residual income I always desired.

So I took the time to learn the skills I needed to succeed in Network marketing.

  • I learnt to follow those who already had the success I wanted
  • I began to remember the principles of success I learnt from such books as “Rich Dad Poor Dad” by Robert Kiyosaki also “Psychology of Winning” by Denis Waitely
  • I treated my Network marketing like a real business and not as a casual exercise.
  • I learnt the 7 skills of Network Marketing success as taught by Eric Worre…
    • Finding Prospects
    • Inviting Prospects
    • Presenting to prospects
    • Following up on prospects
    • Helping prospects become customers or distributors
    • Helping Prospects get started right
    • Promoting Events

I took time to develop these skills and in 6 months of network marketing I was making my 2 years salary in one month!

Robert Kiyosaki Quote on Network Marketing

DREAMS COMING TRUE

I’m so glad I learnt to ignore my fears and go all into Network Marketing, though it was challenging at first – like it is when starting anything new. I managed to stay focused and  consistent. And now those things I desired back then while working a job has become a reality. I’m now able to:

  • Spend more time with my family.
  • I’m able to work from home I’m actually making this write-up you’re reading right now from the comfort of my home .
  • Work when and if I choose to work
  • Create weekly residual income
  • Earn the kind of income that I may use to impact other lives
  • Achieve a high level of personal development that has helped me in other areas of my life.
  • Help other budding entrepreneurs create weekly income. My team members comprise of people from different walk of life… bankers, housewives, pastors students, lecturers…etc

It makes me feel extremely grateful to God for these special blessing and the feeling of personal fulfillment that comes with it.

I’m happily married with a beautiful wife and an adorably handsome son. My goal now is to help other people achieve the same level of success I’m currently experiencing.

USING SOCIAL MEDIA TO GROW MY BUSINESS

Use social media to grow your businessAbout a year ago I decided to take my business to the next level by using the internet. I knew that the internet could help me expand my business internationally and build teams across the world.

Statistics show that more and more people are getting online. Sometimes the effort put into learning the online skills needed for success may seem overwhelming but it’s worth it.

For me the learning curve was shortened when I met a group of mentors online. I was introduced to a Training Academy and a Mastermind group, with that I was able to quickly learn from them what works and what doesn’t work and so I focused my energy on what works.

Using the internet has helped me position myself as a leader in the industry and helped me generate leads online and meet many amazing people.

Network marketing is a fantastic profession if you learn the skills and do it the right way. Gone are the days when Network Brian Tracy on Network MarketingMarketing was about chasing people down to join your company. Now with the right leadership, support and training you can become a magnet that attracts people to your business.
